RESERVATIONS
Upon receiving a room reservation with the required payment deposit, guests will receive a confirmation email. For questions regarding your reservation, please contact reservations@norbulingkahotels.org
All bookings are confirmed through a 100% deposit.
All additional invoices for experiences, meals and/or any other services during your stay can be paid using cash (in INR) or by card.

We will be happy to change reservation dates depending on availability.
Chonor House is a child and family-friendly environment. We encourage children to connect with nature that is in abundance here, however, we do require children to be under the supervision of an adult at all times. All children under the age of 10 are free of charge, 11yrs and over are chargeable at full rate.
CANCELLATION & REFUNDs
If you wish to cancel your reservation, we ask to please call us at +91-62308 08821 or email us at reservations@norbulingkahotels.org
Our cancellation/refund policy is as below:
100% Refund if cancelled 7 days prior to check-in
50% Refund if cancelled 2-6 days prior to check-in
0% Refund if cancelled 1 day prior to check-in or an eventual no-show
PRIVACY POLICY
Norbulingkahotels.org (“the site”) takes your online privacy very seriously. When you make a reservation from our site, as part of the transaction, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. When you browse our site, we also automatically receive your computer’s IP address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system. We may occasionally send you informative, product, and sales related emails to your address on file. If you wish to opt out of receiving these communications, please notify us at any time of your request to be removed from our communication contact list. Please send your request to guesthouse@norbulingka.org. We may use cookies in order to collect information on your transaction. However, these automatically stored cookies do not contain any of your personal information, financial/home address, etc. We respect your privacy and are committed to maintaining and using your information responsibly. We will not disclose your information to a third party unless required to do so by law. We have a strict no spam policy. We will not sell, rent, share, or distribute your email address to anyone without your expressed permission.
SECURITY POLICY
To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed. If you provide us with your credit card information, the information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and stored with an AES-256 encryption. We follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards.
